A little about me: I am originally from Maryland and spent six years in Pittsburgh for school before settling in Charlotte! When I’m able, I love to travel and explore new places with my friends and family. I try to prioritize movement and being outdoors as they are so beneficial in making me feel recharged. Outside of work I love to be by water, especially at the beach, listen to music/go to concerts (big Swiftie!), and read!
Specialities and ages I like to work with include: Anxiety, Grief, LGBTQ+, Self Esteem. Typically, I like to work with ages 8 and up.

- Warm – Exudes kindness and genuine care, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Playful – Brings humor and light-heartedness into sessions to relieve tension or build rapport.
- Empowering – Actively encourages clients to take control of their lives and choices, boosting self-confidence.
Experience: I received my Master’s of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. I have experience working in many nonprofit including mental health support for teens where we focused on making mental health approachable and fun. In this role, I created programming and provided mental health support for teens and middle schools, of all abilities.

My Go To Karaoke Song: You Belong with Me by Taylor Swift or Drops of Jupiter by Train
Fun Fact: If I hadn’t become a therapist, I would enjoy pursuing a career as an esthetician!
