Kelly Goldschmidt, Marketing Director:

I grew up in North Carolina but have lived all over the state.  I attended Appalachian State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.  From there I moved to Charlotte and began a career in technology which led me to Denver, CO.    After realizing how much I missed NC, I moved back and married my husband, Jim. 

I had a career in advertising sales and later transferred to Raleigh with my job.  Once I had my daughter, Grace, I was able to stay at home.  I loved being at home but it was a rough adjustment to being a full time mom!   Today, I have two kiddos, Grace and James.  We stay busy with travel soccer and school.  

During my free time, I enjoy working out, cooking and traveling.  I am a mountain girl at heart but love the beach as long as i don’t have to actually get into the ocean and swim in it – or touch the bottom.
