Company Role: Therapist (Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate)

A little about me: I am originally from Antioch, Illinois, and moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, two years ago to complete my Master of Social Work. Before that, I attended the University of Iowa, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and was a member of the Iowa Cheerleading Team. Athletics have played a big role in shaping my lifestyle, keeping me energized, goal-driven, and always on the move—whether I’m in the gym, out on a trail, or exploring new places. In my free time, I love spending time with friends, trying new restaurants, working out, and unwinding with a good book.
Specialities and ages I like to work with include: Anxiety, ADHD, Behavioral Issues, Grief, Trauma, Self-Esteem. Typically, I work with children aged 6 and up.

- Playful – Brings humor and light-heartedness into sessions to relieve tension or build rapport.
- Empowering – Actively encourages clients to take control of their lives and choices, boosting self-confidence.
Experience: I have experience working in a nonprofit setting that offers therapeutic-based programming for individuals with disabilities, as well as providing mental health services in both school-based and outpatient environments for individuals ages 6-22.
Insurance: BCBS, Aenta, Self-Pay
What type of light my energy represents: Lantern Light: Steady, guiding, and reassuring

Fun Fact: If I were not a therapist, I would pursue a career as a fitness instructor or personal trainer!
