Tammy and I both thought it was great! I think helping parents see the biology of what is going on rather than just the struggle is so helpful. They also loved the stories from his practice/trends he is noticing as a clinician. I tried the breathing technique with my own 6th grader this weekend.

I certainly learned a lot and am still processing the information and how I can make some improvements to benefit my own life and my kids’ lives during these different times.
