L & B Counseling is in network for almost all Blue Cross Blue Shield policies.  L & B Counseling is not in network for a policy purchased on the Health Exchange through healthcare.gov.  We can however offer you the Blue Cross Blue Shield reimbursement rate and file the claim through Blue Cross Blue Shield.  You would be liable for the full payment at time of service. 

It is recommended that you either login to member services or call member services.  That number can be found on the back of your insurance card. 

L & B Counseling will file the claim with Blue Cross Blue Shield and once a remittance is sent back then you will receive a notification for payment with a card of your choosing.  You are also free to pay by check to avoid the 3% service charge however if we do not receive the payment within one week of notification you will be charged with the card on file.
