Hi, I’m Cindy! I was born and raised in South Florida before moving to the charming town of King George, Virginia in 2017. Alongside my supportive husband, Cody, and my two adorable toddler daughters, Lillian and Emelia, I have embraced the joys and challenges of motherhood.

Educationally, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida. My professional journey has been marked by a concentrated focus on supporting children and families, having worked within both social services and the public school system. After the arrival of my second child, I transitioned to staying home, and am now blessed to have a work-from-home setup, cherishing the opportunity to balance my career with the joys of family life.

In my free time, I am an avid explorer of Virginia’s towns and nature, reveling in the beauty of the outdoors. As a self-proclaimed foodie, I delight in trying new restaurants and experimenting with diverse cuisines in my own kitchen. Physical activity has always been a vital aspect of my life, serving as both a stress reliever and a means of self-care. In addition, my faith and spirituality play a significant role in my life, and my family and I love to participate in and serve alongside our local church and community. This commitment to community service aligns seamlessly with my role at L & B, where I hope to leverage my social work background and organizational skills in contributing to the success of the company while making a positive impact on the community.
