L & B Counseling is in network Atrium Health’s Medcost.  Carolina Behavioral Health Alliance manages Medcost’s behavioral health services and reimbursement. 

The contracted reimbursement rate for Carolina Behavioral Health Alliance is $105.00 for the first appointment and $102.00 for subsequent appointments.  These rates are set by Carolina Behavioral Health Alliance and are subject to change.  It is recommended that you either login to member services or call member services.  That number can be found on the back of your insurance card. 

L & B Counseling will file the claim with Carolina Behavioral Health Alliance and once a remittance is sent back then you will receive a notification for payment with a card of your choosing.  You are also free to pay by check to avoid the $3 service charge however if we do not receive the payment within one week of notification you will be charged with the card on file.
