A little about me: I love plants, working out, traveling, and trying new foods. It’s funny because, despite my love for exploring different cuisines, I’m a vegetarian. I enjoy finding creative plant-based dishes while experiencing new cultures. Staying active and connected to nature keeps me balanced and inspired.

Experience: I worked at a domestic violence shelter and interned at the Salvation Army, gaining experience in supporting individuals in crisis. I have a background in eating disorder treatment and hold a substance use license. I graduated from Winthrop University and am dedicated to helping others on their recovery journey.
